Diep Truong, M.A., communications consultant
Diep Truong has been a communications and public relations professional over the past 20 years and has developed a solid background in media relations. Prior to founding Exergue, she worked as a journalist for Radio-Canada/CBC, as a publicist for the Quebec Human Rights Commission and in event organization for McGill University.
She has launched major international and national media campaigns (both traditional and social media-oriented). She has also served as His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s publicist in 2009 and 2011, during his visits in Montreal.
Perfectly bilingual, Ms. Truong holds a bachelor’s degree in urban studies from Concordia University, a minor in law from McGill University and a master’s in communications from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM). She has also taught journalism at UQAM.
